Selection Process
- There will be following four stages of selection process:
- Phase 1. Shortlisting: The percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in Matriculation, Intermediate, Graduation and Post-Graduation will be calculated out of total 60 marks in the light of Appendix- A of JPSC Advertisement No. 04/2018. For B.Ed., 5 marks will be given for 75% and above marks, 4 marks for 60% and above but less than 75%, 3 marks for less than 60% and zero marks will be given to candidates without B.Ed. . In this way, merit list will be prepared out of total 65 marks. Thereafter 15 candidates will be shortlisted for each post.
- Phase 2. Written Test: A written test of 50 marks of one and a half hour duration will be conducted for the candidates shortlisted in Phase 1. This will include the questions of Mental ability, Professional skills , General ability and the knowledge of Hindi and English language. In this phase, 10 candidates will be shortlisted for each post.
- Phase 3. Classroom Teaching: Shortlisted candidates in Phase 2 will be tested through classroom teaching. Candidates will be given half an hour to present the topic related to their subject. It will be evaluated in 15 marks. After this phase, 5 candidates will be shortlisted for each post.
- Phase 4. Interview: The candidates selected in Phase 3 will be interviewed. The Interview will be evaluated in 20 marks.
- After going through all the procedures appointment will be made only on the basis of merit and reservation.
