- वे ही आवेदक भाग ले सकतें हैं जो भारत के नागरिक है तथा झारखंड राज्य के स्थायी निवासी या स्थानीय निवासी की श्रेणी में आते हैं।
Age Limit
- आयु सीमा: डिप्लोमा अभियंत्रण पाठ्यक्रम अन्तर्गत खनन अभियंत्रण शाखा को छोड़कर अन्य शाखाओं में नामांकन हेतु कोई न्यूनतम या अधिकतम आयु सीमा नहीं है। केवल खनन अभियंत्रण शाखा में नामांकन के लिये 01.07.2023 को अभ्यर्थी की न्यूनतम आयु 17 वर्ष होना आवश्यक है।
